Refund and Return Policy

At Pavitra Fashion, we take great care in delivering high-quality women’s clothing including Kurtis, Sarees, Gowns, and more. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is different size from what was ordered

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons including size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

2. How to Raise a Return Request

Customers must raise a return request only by clicking the WhatsApp button available on our website and contacting us.

While raising the request, please share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video of the product showing damage or mismatch

Return requests raised through email or any other method will not be accepted.

3. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be considered

4. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Pavitra Fashion

5. Exchange Policy

  • Approved returns will be exchanged for the same or similar product (subject to availability)

  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product may be offered

6. No Refund Policy

❌ Refunds are strictly NOT allowed in any situation
Once an order is placed and delivered, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be managed by Pavitra Fashion

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

8. Color & Design Disclaimer

Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. These are natural and not considered damage or defects.
